This will relieve your stress and you live a healthier life. Sports is one fitness exercise that can keep you happy and fulfilled as long as you may wish to take part in it.
For me, sporting activities like soccer, table tennis, and swimming are my favorite workouts. I use them to support other more intense training activities. They will help me stay active in the 70s and 80s, or even beyond. I have planned to live independently during those years.
